Funding
While the research activities in the nano-theory group is funded by a
number of different sources, the main funding comes from the Danish Agency for Science, Technology and Innovation (DASTI). The group upholds a number of individual grants for post-docs and phd's, mainly from DASTI, but also from the Villum Kann Rasmussen Foundation .
Most Recent funding:
- Professor Per Hedegård (NBI & NSC) and Lektor Mads Brandbyge (DTU). Project title "Electrical current in nano-wires: Energy-dssipation, heating and induces atomic dynamics". (1.38 million DKK).
- Associate Professors Karsten Flensberg & Jesper Nygård (NBI & NSC). Project title "Spin-qubits: a joint Copenhagen - Harvard collaboration" (3,5 million DKK).
