Bevilling til Jesper Nygård

Jesper Nygård, Nano-Science Center og Niels Bohr Instituttet har modtaget en bevilling fra Forskningsrådet for Natur og Univers (FNU) og Forskningsrådet for Teknologi og Produktion (FTP), på 753.750 kr. til projektet: "Atomic Layer Deposition - growing ideal oxides for quantum devices and nanosensors".
