Grant for pharmaceutical nanomedicine

Professor Moein Moghimi, from the Centre for Pharmaceutical Nanomedicine and Nanotoxicology (CPNN) has received a grant of 2 million DKK from Lundbeckfonden, for research in nanomedicine. The grant enables Nano-Science Center researchers to develop the design of peptides, interacting with human brain endothelial cells. The long-term goal is to develop treatments for neurological disorders such as Alzheimer's disease.
