The Tobler group focuses on interactions between minerals, fluids and biota, with relevance for crystallisation processes, biomineralisation, pollutant remediation and environmental engineering
Highlights in 2018
The Tobler group’s activities centered on our major project “Metal-Aid - Metal-oxide Aided Subsurface Remediation: From Invention to Injection”, an innovative training network under the EC Horizon 2020 Marie Skłodowska-Curie actions (MSCA). Four PhD students and one MSc student have been working on this project, resulting in a number of exciting research outputs. In 2018, we have published 6 papers in peer-reviewed journals, and Klemens Kirsch completed his MSc thesis with top marks.
