Organisation

The heart of the Nano-Science Center is located at the H.C. Ørsted institute.

The institute is home to the director, head of studies, the secretariat and most of the courses are taught here. 

All research within the center is divided into research groups, which area of interest has huge variations ranging from; creating nanosized computer chips (Q-dev) to fundamental understanding of bacteria (Bionano). The Nano-Science Center is a collaboration between researchers and serves as a interdisciplinary breeding ground for new and innovative ideas within understanding today and designing tomorrow.
