GPCR workshop for early career researchers

GPCR workshop

The day following the Novo Nordisk Foundation GPCR symposium, the 24th of October, will be dedicated to a dynamic event aimed at early career researchers. The event will take place at the conference facilities of the Mærsk Tower (15th floor) at the Panum Institute of the University of Copenhagen (Blegdamsvej 3b, 2200 Copenhagen N).

Great ideas need to be applied in practice in order to become embedded in scientific culture. This process can be supported by enabling junior researchers to express their challenges and discuss solutions with each other and renowned scientists.

The meeting offers focused activities:

  • Panel discussions on career paths and perspectives in GPCR research
  • Round table discussions on hot topics in GPCR research
  • Tutorial on GPCRdb (online GPCR resource)

The program will be structured so that participants will be able to connect with each other and establish networks and future collaborations.
